Instructions for Downloading

Windows Media Player Files
The purpose of this page is to help those of you who may be having problems playing or downloading music or video files on any of my John Denver pages.

Simply follow the instructions outlined below. If you continue to have difficulty, feel free to email me at
davesnouffer@accesstoledo.com

For ease of operation, I would strongly suggest downloading Windows Media Player, if it isn't aleady on your computer. Also, for making downloads easier on these pages, make it your default video and audio (mp3) player. You can always easily change your default player back to any other preference that you might have.
Click the logo to go to the Windows Media Player page. They're pushing the 9 Series players. Scroll down the page to download the player that matches your operating system. There are WMP downloads for Mac users, too
Instructions for Opening and then Saving Files

As mentioned elsewhere, I'd suggest that you consider actually opening your Media Player before opening a media file from one of the web pages. Your downloads will be quicker and easier. I'll show you how to make your Window Media Player (WMP) your default player further on down the page. You can always choose to disengage it and use another player after using it here. WMP allows you to save the Media Files and it can be used for both sound and video.

That's all the wordiness for now.....all the instructions are graphically shown so that you can easilly follow the directions. (I hope - lol)
